Justin "Lucky" Williams was imported from Detroit in 2004 to attend Texas Southern University. During his college years, he had the opportunity to learn the restaurant industry from the ground up, from his father-in-law, Bobbie Patterson. From there, he worked as a supervisor at Frenchy's, which allowed him to gain more experience in the restaurant industry. One day, over 10 years ago, Lucky stumbled on a discovery in a junkyard and turned it into his first food truck, Hungry Heroz.
